Our Aims
MWOK is a registered social body and working under the registration no.3876 of voluntary welfare agencies, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan (XLIV to 1961). The organization has their own executive team which included 50 members from different institutions. Under the Administrative operations, the Office Bearers and Executive Members of the MWOK have the responsibility to manage this project and support operation for the children, and assists with foster home placement and to maintain the monthly budget of residential center. With due completion of all the codal formalities and presentation of required documents, Directorate of Social Welfare & Women Empowerment granted registration to MWOK as Non-Profit Organization (NGO) as per his Aims & Objectives and jurisdiction. With the generous donations and auspicious support of local community members, in May 2004, has established an orphanage for neglected and abandoned orphan children at Distt: Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The approach to the measurement of the quality of life derives from the position that there are many domains of living. Each domain contributes to one’s overall assessment of the quality of life. The domains include family and friends, work, neighborhood (shelter), community, health, education, and spiritual. With this aim Masoom Welfare Organization working beyond the religion and race.
Upon completion of the construction of five rooms in February 2005, fourteen orphan children placed under the supervision of warden and other ministerial staff. The current building constructed in different phases and times on the availability of funds. The structure of orphanage contains a Mosque, 26-rooms, Dining Hall, Conference Hall, Store, Library, Administration Office, Kitchen, Staff Living Rooms, 12 – Bath Room, 12 – Wash Room and a Play Ground.

- To promote and develop the quality of people life.
- To help the poor and Orphan children.
- To work for education and improve literacy rates in the target areas by various initiatives including current projects.
- To improve health status of the target population through various initiatives.
- To enter into partnership with the government under Public Private Partnerships and with the corporate sector under Corporate Social Responsibility and with other institutional donors (national and international, multilateral and bilateral), funding agencies, and NGOs for projects for meeting the objectives of the Organization.
- To establish a unit for ‘Women in Development’ to promote the role of women in society while upholding norms of the society and religion.
- To organized events, seminars, workshops for interfaith and religious issues in target areas.
